Why not just use an online estimate?
Have you ever asked yourself, “What is my home worth?” Online estimates are built on algorithms and averages, and they’re often wrong. They can’t see your renovated kitchen, your finished basement, or the street your home sits on. A local real estate agent can give you a much more accurate picture.
Knowing your home’s fair market value is key to setting the right price before you list. Price too high and buyers pass you by; price too low and you leave money on the table.
