Homeowner resources

Need a painter? A handyman? Start here.

Years after we’ve worked together, I’m still the person you can call when your home needs help and you’re not sure who to trust.

A trusted starting point

Good people, one call away

Finding someone reliable is one of the hardest parts of owning a home. Through my construction background and years in real estate, I’ve gotten to know people who do good work: handymen, painters, contractors, organizers, movers and more.

This isn’t a directory or a list of sponsors. Just tell me what you need, and I’ll help you figure out where to start and who to call.

Help for every kind of project

Handymen

Small repairs, punch lists and the odd jobs that pile up.

Painters

Interior and exterior painting, plus color advice from me if you’d like it.

Contractors

Kitchens, baths, basements, additions and bigger renovations.

Organizers

Sorting and decluttering, whether you’re getting ready to move or just want your space back.

Movers

Local and long-distance movers, and help planning the move itself.

And more

Cleaners, landscapers, roofers, HVAC and other trades. If I don’t know someone, I’ll help you work out how to find them.

How it works

As simple as a phone call

  1. 01

    Tell me what you need

Call, text or send a note with the project and your timing.

  2. 02

    Get a starting point

I’ll share who I’d call, what to ask and what a fair process looks like.

  3. 03

    You decide

You choose who to hire. I’m happy to help you compare options if you want a second opinion.

Getting ready to move?

Packing, sorting and moving day

A move is easier with the right help lined up early: an organizer to sort, a mover with good references, and someone to handle the small repairs before you list. I’ll help you plan who you need and when.
